Evening Checklist

Each evening, the report must include verification of all clients on the schedule, checked off and confirmed against GPS. The report should also contain photos of the odometer, the truck’s interior (front and back from the driver’s side), and the completed schedule after it has been fully verified.

      List every home you were unable to complete today. If all uncompleted homes have already been listed elsewhere, write NA. For each home, include the customer name, street address, and a clear, specific reason the service could not be completed. If a home was not completed due to weather and this has already been marked on your daily sheet, note that the home was moved to the end-of-day schedule.

      This is a mandatory check-in phone call. You must speak directly with Matthew. If you are unable to reach Matthew, you must call Shelby. There may be tasks or adjustments required before the end of your workday. This check-in ensures the office and you can coordinate and plan accordingly within your schedule.
      Do You Have Client Notes on Your Route That Need to be Addressed by Matthew or Shelby?*
      This would include problem dogs, bad gates, reordering of routes, problem clients... anything you wrote down on your sheet that needs to be updated or addressed.
