Your phone call or email alerts us to your pet waste concerns and allows us to share information about the company. If you think we're a match, we move forward quickly. For commercial customers, we schedule an on-site visit that will occur within 2 business days. For residential customers, we provide a quote for desired services.

If you own a commercial property, we schedule a walk-through to audit your property and discuss issues and problem areas. After our visit, you'll receive an itemized, customized bid complete with a detailed map of your property with our recommendations.

Services for residential customers and walkthroughs for commercial customers can often occur the same or next business day.

Residential Customers: Your first service, known as a welcome scoop, is performed by our Operations Manager or a Senior Technician. This welcome service allows our senior professionals to scope out the property and evaluate the scope of the work. A technician is then assigned to your property for routine services. We keep detailed notes and offer advice if any adjustments are needed for the best results. Service agreements are monthly or offered at a discounted rate for 3 month periods. Pricing is transparent and doesn't change without an agreed-upon service change. There are no contracts for residential services, so if you need to skip a service or if your needs change, simply let us know 24 hours in advance and we will credit your account.

Commercial Customers: Our detailed map of your property is available to all technicians so the same services are always provided. Our fleet management even utilizes GPS tracking for our team to better track the work that has been provided. We monitor commercial properties closely for the first 60 days to determine if the amount of visits is enough for your property's needs. Annual commercial contracts are billed monthly. We are a complete solution to your pet waste problem which includes identifying trouble spots and providing ongoing recommendations for improvement.

Throughout the year, we note changes and issues as they arise. We will consult with your team and alter services as needed. We also meet with property owners or managers annually to discuss how your needs were met throughout the year and evaluate any changes that could improve services during the new year.
